Hands down best Bahn Mi we have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. And the best bubble tea as well! Not to mention priced better than many other place. Seriously everything here was delicious and the menu is surprisingly vast. Highly recommended.

Portion size is huge! Been there twice now and both times the food has been outstanding(pictures included from both times) and same with the drinks. I got the vegetarian banh mi, but tried two different lychee tea drinks. Customer service is great too, and if you pay cash there is a small discount.

Is this authentic food made in a clean environment and where is the source of meats?

This is where the ‘Pharmacy’ background matters most. Dr. Trissie applies clinical standards to our kitchen. From temperature controls to ingredient sourcing, we maintain a level of hygiene and freshness (like our Garden) that goes far beyond your average sandwich shop.

And yes, we source our meat from local farm, totally unprocessed and we grill right in our kitchen daily.

Is the bread hard?

Our baguettes are baked fresh daily with a specific ‘Dr. Trissie’ formula: toasted on a thin, crisp golden crust on the outside, and a light, cloud-like airy center. It’s a satisfying crunch without the struggle

Is it spicy?

Not unless you want it to be! Traditional Banh Mi uses fresh jalapeños, but we always keep them on the side or off your sandwich upon request. Our ‘Garden’ flavors focus on fresh herbs and savory marinades, not just heat.

Pickled carrots and daikon? That sounds sour or weird.

That’s our signature ‘Garden’ crunch! It’s pickled carrots and daikon radish. They aren’t ‘sour’ like a dill pickle; they are sweet, tangy, and refreshing. They provide the perfect balance to the savory meats and offer the best form of probiotics

What’s in a traditional Banh Mi?

Think of it as a Vietnamese Po’Boy or Hoagie. We use high-quality unprocessed proteins (like grilled pork, chicken, or steak) topped with pickled carrots and daikon, fresh cilantro, and cucumbers. Do you provide both pickup and delivery and what are the charges?

Yes, for both. Pickup is free and delivery low fee is $2.99 for each delivery within 5 miles.
